Service Provision

Service Description: Mahalakshmi Tele Services provides a range of telecommunications and digital solutions, including digital support, business telecom solutions (e.g., VoIP systems, high-speed internet, cloud-based communication tools), value-added services (e.g., cybersecurity features, data analytics), and community initiatives. Services are subject to availability and may vary based on your location and subscription plan.

Eligibility: To use our services, you must: Be a resident of India or an entity registered under Indian law. Provide accurate and verifiable information as required, including Proof of Identity (POI) and Proof of Address (POA) as per Department of Telecommunications (DoT) guidelines. For business services, provide relevant business registration documents. Be at least 18 years of age or have legal authority to enter into this agreement.

Service Activation: Services will be activated only upon submission of a valid Customer Application Form (CAF) or equivalent documentation, along with required POI and POA. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion.

Service Availability: We strive to provide uninterrupted services but do not guarantee continuous availability. Services may be affected by maintenance, network issues, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, regulatory changes). We are not liable for any loss or damage due to such interruptions.

Customer Responsibilities

Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information during registration and throughout your use of our services. Failure to provide accurate information may result in service suspension or termination.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
